Return & Exchange Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL – IN-STORE EXCHANGES WITHIN 7 DAYS

All jewelry sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or personal preference.

In-Store Exchange Policy

We offer voluntary exchanges exclusively at our physical store under the following conditions:

  • Exchanges must be completed within 7 calendar days of delivery or in-store pickup.
  • Original receipt or order confirmation is required.
  • Jewelry must be unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and in its original condition.
  • Original packaging and documentation must be provided.
  • Exchanges are subject to inspection and verification.
  • Customers may exchange jewelry for an item of equal or greater value, paying any price difference.
  • No cash refunds or store credits are provided for exchanges to lower-priced items.
  • Exchanges by mail are not accepted for change of mind.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Customized, personalized, engraved, resized, altered, and special-order jewelry is not eligible for voluntary exchange.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, please contact us promptly. We will review the issue and provide a resolution in accordance with applicable law.

This policy does not limit statutory consumer rights or applicable payment-provider protections.
